SOUILLARD SYRAH 2021This Syrah comes from two parcels in the Drme, located at the southern end of the Northern Rhne Valley. The grapes were grown using lutte raisonne practices, a sustainable approach, and fermented with native yeasts. Some whole clusters were included in the fermentation, which can add complexity and spice to the wine. It was then aged for 13 months in older oak barrels, allowing the Syrah characteristics to shine through without excessive oak
