Peacocks & Other Savage Beasts lays bare difficult truths and projects the stories of hidden voices, with a warm and heartfelt delivery that envelops the soul. The poems are dedicated to the intersection, the places where we contemplate identity, culture, trauma, and love. Peacocks & Other Savage Beasts is a place where they all meet. "I hope between these lines you find healing," says Tenesha. "I hope your compassion for others grows. I hope you will make the decision you were afraid to make. Originally from Oakland, California, "a place where revolutionaries are born," Tenesha the Wordsmith originally began to fuse hip-hop and poetry while living in Albany, New York, where she created her first collection Body Of Work (2016). Her early influences have returned with features from beatboxers and vocalists that give the album a distinctly urban hip-hop vibe.\

A lightweight lotion with a pleasant scent
Scent: Mellow Coconut, Size: 13.2 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
This is a lightweight lotion that absorbs well and leaves my skin silky soft for several hours afterwards. The scent is pretty and 'mellow', just like the name says, and it lasts almost as long as the moisturized feeling. Some fragrances give me a headache, but this one doesn’t, and it’s light enough that other people don’t notice it until they get close to me.
The one withheld star is for the lack of upfront transparency about the ingredients. I am allergic to several chemicals that are common in skincare products, so it's very important to me to be able to see what I'm buying before I spend money on a personal care product that can’t be returned, and I know I’m far from the only person who has this problem.
