Cooking Instruiction :

1. Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
2. Add the fettuccine nests and maintain a rolling boil. Use a fork to separate the nests and cook uncovered until desired softness is achieved
   Al Dente – cook for 10 mins
   Just Right – cook for 11 mins
   Soft – 12+ mins
3. Drain & rinse pasta under water
4. Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh

Flavour Note: Neutral taste – closest to wheat noodles. Goes well with all cuisines. Try in your favourite pasta preparation and don’t be scared to get creative!
